AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trace Cleaners governing your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and messaging services.
MESSAGING SERVICES CONSENT
2.1 Opt-In Process
By providing your phone number through our website form, mobile application, in-store registration card, or verbally to our staff (with recorded verification), you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from Trace Cleaners.
2.2 Message Content and Frequency
You may receive up to three (3) promotional or operational messages per month, including:
Promotional offers and discounts
Order status updates
Service announcements
Appointment reminders
2.3 Welcome Message
"Welcome to Trace Cleaners! You're now subscribed to receive up to 3 msgs/month with promotions & order updates. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
2.4 Opt-Out Instructions
Text "STOP" to unsubscribe. You’ll receive a confirmation message and no further communication.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details.
2.7 Carrier Limitations
Some carriers may not support all message types. Trace Cleaners is not liable for undelivered messages.
3. BARCODE TRACKING SYSTEM
We use barcodes to track garments and special instructions, improving accuracy and service quality.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All site/app content is owned by Trace Cleaners and protected by IP laws.
5. USER CONTRIBUTIONS
User content submitted may be used by us under a non-exclusive license.
6. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Trace Cleaners is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on our site.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Trace Cleaners operates.
